Non-medical home care · Philadelphia
Care that feels like family, because that's how it started.
Able Care Partners is a Pennsylvania home care company founded in Philadelphia by a family with deep roots in nursing and caregiving. We help older adults and people with disabilities live safely and comfortably at home — and we give the families who love them room to breathe.

How care will start
Simple on purpose — because families usually reach out on a hard day.
Reach out
Email us a little about your person and what a good week looks like. We answer within one business day.
Meet at home
We visit, listen, and build a simple care plan around routines, preferences, and safety — together with your family.
Meet your caregiver
We match one caregiver to your home and keep that pairing steady — the same trusted face, week after week.
Our promise to every family
- The same caregiver, not a rotation. Continuity is care — we schedule for stable pairings, and it shows in everything from mood to safety.
- Fully screened, properly trained. Pennsylvania State Police and FBI background checks, child-abuse clearances, health screenings, and real onboarding before any first shift.
- Family roots, professional standards. We grew up around nursing and caregiving. We know the difference between watching the clock and watching over someone.
- Straight answers. About what we can do, what we can't yet, and what it costs. If we're not the right fit, we'll help you find who is.
For care professionals & referral partners
Supports Coordinators, social workers, discharge planners — we're building this agency around being easy to refer to.
What you can expect
- Inquiries answered within one business day
- Honest capacity answers — we won't take a referral we can't staff
- Documentation done right, from day one
- A dedicated contact, not a call center
Where we're headed
Our roadmap includes respite and in-home support for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism under Pennsylvania's waiver programs, alongside private-pay home care — built on the belief that saying yes to the hard-to-place referral is what a care company is for.
Caregivers: come do your best work
We're building our founding team of CNAs and caregivers in Philadelphia.
- Stable schedules, steady clients. The same people, the same rhythm — not a different address every day.
- Real wages, real respect. Competitive hourly pay, paid training, and a manager who answers the phone.
- Growth that means something. We're new and building carefully — early caregivers help shape how this company works, and grow with it.
Talk to us
Whether you're a family, a care professional, or a caregiver looking for a better home — we'd love to hear from you.
One request: please don't include medical details, diagnoses, or health records in a first email — just names, contact information, and a sense of what you're looking for. We'll gather the rest properly, privately, at the right step.
